Riva Partners execute substantial training program for global market leader for medical devices

Having redesigned the entire product development process of complex high-tech healthcare products for our client, a global market leader in the industry, Riva Partners were also appointed to support the rollout process. In cooperation with the Swiss Engineering Institute we created a 2-day-training program for groups of 40 participants working in 5 teams, competing over a task to develop a complex mechatronic product model, while specifically applying the new product development processes. Besides providing a deeper understanding of the new processes, the camp focuses on simultaneous engineering, teamwork and mindset.
