Quality is everything – without quality, everything is Nothing
Quality starts from the top. Poor quality does not only cost money, but in the worst case the good reputation and consequently the market position and the revenue of company. It is therefore necessary to establish a cross-functional quality culture, covering all functions and core processes, reducing cost, improving price quality and customer loyalty. Initial spark for this is a quality campaign.
