Globalisation, economic crisis, new customers and products: There are permanently new demands made on companies. A task inevitable for survival is to analyse processes and structures permanently concerning effectiveness, efficiency and marketability and align them with new requirements. Where are resources wasted, where are they missing? Are interfaces designed properly? Are processes defined completely? Does the organisation fit the processes?
